¡DavE!'s Best Ever Lasagna
This is a classic dish that everyone will love. Here's the list of ingredients:
1 Pound package of American Beauty Lasagna Noodles
1 Container of Frigo Ricotta Cheese(15 or 16 Oz)
1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
5 Cups of Frigo MOzeralla Cheese
1 Pound of Ground Beef Cooked and Drained
2 Jars of Marinara Pasta Sauce

How To prepare
1. Cook the lasagne noodles according to the package Directions. Drain the noodles and Choose only the best noodles. Some more than likely will be torn. Try not to use these unless you have to. You will more than likely not use the entire package.
2. Heat oven to 350
3. Shred the MOzerella Cheese
4. Mix Parmesan Cheese and 2 Cups Mozerella. Add Ricotta Cheese and Mix. Add Eggs and Mix.
5. Lightly grease the bottom of a 15X9 inch baking dish. Spread about a half cup of pasta sauce on the bottom of the pan.
6. Top with a layer of half of the lasagna noodles, Ricotta Cheese Mixture, Ground Beef, Pasta Sauce and MOzerella. Repeat Layering.
7. Cover with Foil. Bake for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving

Serve with- A nice Tossed Salad and French or Garlic Bread. Have a nice spumoni or Tirimisu for desert.

Notes-I find that Frigo tends to have the best quality tasting cheeses than store bought. Also NEVER get the pre shredded cheese of any brand for making this dish. The Pre shredded cheese tends to be waxy and does not melt as well. Get the Mozerella that comes in the round blocks. As for the Sauce. I used to swear by Paul Neumans and I still do for some things but this recipie is not one of them. I'm currently researching the best sauce to use for this recipie. Neuman's tends to be watery after cooking for an hour.
