THIS SUMMER
Superstar Madonna will tour this summer
her first tour since her last tour in 1991. Madonna will be touring in
support of a new album to be released later this year however, the new
album will be a greatest hits album. |
| EURYTHMICS
TO RE-UNITE |
| Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox of
the Eurythmics will re-unite onstage on February 24 as part of an award
ceremony in Brittain. It will be the first time the two have performed
together in seven years. The Eurythmics will recieve a lifetime achivement
award for Outstanding musical contribution to the British music industry.
In addition, rumour has it that the group will be releasing a new greatest
hits album on Feburary 15 with two new songs on it. |

CONCRETE BLONDE LEAD SINGER TO RELEASE A SOLO ALBUM IN MARCH!!! |
| That's right folks, Johnette Napolatono
is going to release her first solo album in March. The album is tentativly
titled "Voice of a woman" and will include the songs the cut; about female
circumsision, Todos Los Sontos; about a woman feeling power, and I can
do anything ; about growing up with a troubled childhood. Allthough the
album is set for release in March, no release date has been set. |

Friday 15 Jan-
I spent my Friday night in the
laundry mat. This was due to the fact that my washing machine went out
again. I wasn't too pleased but we are getting a new washer and dryer out
of it.
Saturday 16 Jan-
Boy do I have a blasee life. Nothing
much happened today either.
Sunday 17 Jan-
Cleaned house today. The place
almost looks brand new again.
Monday 18 Jan-
Went to Serena's doctor appointment.
She doesn't have to have an operation for now. Which is good. But they
gave her some medicine and she turned out being allergic to it. Now
they are putting her on pills. We have to monitor her for the next two
years.
Tuesday 19 Jan-
Serena had a pajama party today
at school. So she dressed up in her pj's and brought a stuffed animal and
a blanket to school it was pretty cool.

OF THE WEEK |
| This Sunday is Superbowl Sunday.
And I say BIG DAMM DEAL. So what. Two teams play against each other. So
many people seem to think that their lives depend on what team wins. And
in reality, it is just a venue to sell things. I can't get over the fact
that companies pay over a million dollars to buy a commercial spot during
the superbowl. How about taking that million dollars and reducing the cost
of your products for a change? This year, like others, I will do something
other than watch the superbowl. =-} |
