The show was created in September of 1997 and is about four teenagers who live in South Park Colorado. It is famous for the expression "Oh my god! you killed Kenny! You bastards! and a chef who sings suggestive songs.

The show is popular because it's controversal, and dares to go over the edge. With subjects like, flaming flatulance, rhynoplasty, singing poop, making fun of actors, and actressess, and gay animals.

The animation is simple, they are construction paper cut outs that are framed over and over. Sometimes real images are used. Today it is computer animated.

Why do I like this show? Well I'm sure that you all think my tv credibility has gone down. I don't know why I like this show. It's trashy and is full of bathroom humor which I hate. However, the show make's me laugh and that's all that really counts.
