8:00 am Caleb's House...
Caleb woke up. He couldn't sleep anymore... He was in bed with the
guy who just 24 hours ago he wanted to kill. Even though they made up,
He still couldn't get over the fact that he slept with Charlene. "There's
only one thing to do" He thought... "It's time to change my life. It's
time to get out of here" Suddenly Rusty woke up.
"Hey bud" Rusty leaned over to Kiss Caleb. Caleb stopped him
"Get out" He said coldly
"What do you mean" asked Rusty confused
"Get your clothes on, get your shit and get out of my life forever"
Said Caleb
"But I thought...." Said Rusty
"How does it feel to be screwed?" Asked Caleb
"You Lied to me last night?" Asked Rusty
"No" Said Caleb "But I thought about things this morning. I can't trust
you, I hate that. And I can't get over what happened. I need some time."
Rusty got of bed. He looked at Caleb with Tears in his eyes. He got
dressed and left. Caleb laid there in Bed. He was crushed. He decided to
call Celeste.
"Hello?" Said Celeste
"Hey It's me Caleb"
"Caleb what happened to you last night, Mikah and I were worried sick!"
"Look it's a long story.... Uh are you busy today?"
"Well I was hoping we could meet" said Celeste
"Same here" Said Caleb "Can it just be you and me? I have something
to tell you."
"Sure" Said Celeste
"HOw about the pie shop at noon" Said Caleb
"Will do" Said Celeste
Caleb hung up the phone.
He dialed the phone again..
"United Airlines... "The voice on the other end said "How may I help
you today" |

Later that day at the pie shop...
Caleb was waiting for Celeste. She came in and sat down. They both
said hi.
"Look I've got something to tell you" They said together
"YOu go first" They said together again
"No you" Said Celeste
"No You" Said CAleb
"all right" Said Celeste "Caleb I've got some good news kind of."
"Good" Said Caleb "It's about time. What is it?"
"I'm going back to Finland with Mikah" Said Celeste
"What" Said Caleb "looking Sad"
"I've got accepted as an exchange student" said Celeste "I'm moving
there to go to school."
Caleb looked relieved
"Oh so you won't be leaving for awhile then and you will be back in
a couple of years" Said Caleb
"Well Actually" Said Celeste "I'm not planning on coming back"
"But Celeste..." Said Caleb "You, you can't..."
"Caleb" said Celeste "you're leaving for college in a couple of months.
You will be gone for two years. I love Mikah and he loves me. After I graduate
I'm going to marry him. Besides, You can mail me and call me on the phone."
"But I always thought we would be at each other's wedding" said Caleb
"Celeste you're my best friend"
"You will Caleb" Said Celeste. "She opened her purse and handed caleb
an envelope "This isn't from me, it's from Mikah"
IN the envelope were 10 Round trip vouchers to finland. Caleb was dumbfounded
"Are... Are these for me?" Said Caleb
"Yes" Said Celeste "Mikah wants you at the wedding too and it turns
out his dad is owner of Finair. So he gets deals all the time"
"I don't know what to say" Said CAleb "I want you to know I will always
love you Celeste."
"I will always love you too Caleb" She said "We are the only family
we got."
"I want you to know" Said CAleb "I am happy for you and Mikah. You
know I think he is the best boyfriend you have ever had, and wild horses
couldn't keep me away from your wedding."
"I have one more thing to tell you caleb" She said "I have to leave
next Sunday"
Caleb Laughed "So do I"
"What are you talking about?" Said Celeste "I decided after the events
of this summer, to check in early at Arizona Tech. My flight leaves at
Sea tac Sunday. That was my news I was going to tell you."
"Well then" Celeste lifted a glass of pop "Cheers to new beginnings"
They clinked glasses
"Now tell me what happened last night.." |

Meanwhile Rusty went over to Velma's
"So" Said Velma "Caleb kicked you out huh?"
"Yes" Said Rusty "And I don't have a place to go"
"Got that right" Said Velma
"Can't I stay here?" Said Rusty
"No" said Velma "I think you've caused enough trouble. Besides I don't
think my new boyfriend would approve."
"What" Said Rusty "I thought you were lusting after Caleb"
"I was until last night" Said Velma "Kjercia met up with Art and I
met a guy named Tim"
Just then Kjercia walked in. "Speak of the Devil"
"So has he called yet" Asked Kjercia
"Hell yes" Said Velma "Twice. We talked for hours"
"Hey I have to tell you something" said Kjercia "What are you doing..."
Just then the phone rang
"Hold on a sec I better go get that" Said Velma
She left.
"So you little shit head." said Kjercia to Rusty "I heard you slept
with that chick Caleb Likes"
"Yeah" said Rusty "and he kicked me out"
"Well" said Kjercia "I don't have a place for you to stay at either.
Well you could ask my mom"
"hmm" said Rusty "I should get going. I have to go find somewhere"
Just then Velma came back into the room
"Well you are never going to guess who that was" Said Velma
"Who" Said Kjercia and Rusty together
"Celeste" Caleb's leaving town to go to school next week and she wants
to throw a party with his friends at Chita's."
Kjercia laughed "No way, When?"
"Saturday night" Said Velma
"CAleb called me today and said Celeste is leaving next week and he
wanted to throw her a party" Said Kjercia
"Hey I have an idea" Said Rusty "Why don't all throw them a party"
Kjercia looked concerned "I think Velma and I will throw Celeste and
Caleb a party but I don't think you are invited Rusty. Caleb doesn't want
to see you and you know Celeste doesn't either."
"Fine" Said Rusty. "I have to go. Don't worry I won't be there. Just
tell Caleb. I will miss him." Rusty stormed out
"God that sucks" Said Velma "I wish there was something we could do
to mend their friendship before Caleb Leaves"
"Same here but Rusty really fucked him over" sAid Kjercia "I'd be mad
too."
"Oh well" said Velma "At least we have the rest of the summer to get
them back together"
"Not really" Said Kjercia "Caleb said he booked a flight out next week.
Sunday at Sea-tac."
"That's strange" Said Velma "Celeste is leaving then too."
"Then you and me will have to plan their surprise party at Chitas.
Next Saturday" Said Velma |

Meanwhile caleb was beginning to pack. He couldn't believe he was finally
leaving town. He had never lived anywhere else. Let alone flew on an airplane
before. Just then the phone rang. IT was Celeste.
"Hey Caleb" She said "Why don't we spend the day together next Saturday"
Said Celeste
"Ok" he said "Just you and me. One last time together. We will have
to make an event out of it"
"YEs" Said Celeste "We will end the day at Chitas"
"Ok" Said Caleb |

Meanwhile... Rusty was at a pay phone. The line answered
"Hello Aunt Cyndi" he said
"Rusty?" she said "Is that you?"
"Yes" he said
"You have Big Balls calling here after the shit you pulled boy." she
Said "You are lucky your still living"
"Look I want to make it up to you" He said
"How do you plan on doing that?"
"I can sell some more stuff for you" He said
"Yeah right" She said
"I'm serious" Said Rusty
"Ok" Said Aunt Cyndi "I'll Give you one more chance. But if you fuck
it up this time... YOu will Never, Ever , Work again.... Because you will
be dead." |
