Legacy Of ¡DavE!

Season 1 Episode 12
The gang meets up
Caleb decided not to get Charlene anything for Christmas and he was feeling guilty about it now. ON one hand, they weren't going out with each other. On the other he loved her. Yes that's it loved her and wanted to be with her, but he didn't know how to go about it. It didn't really matter now. Caleb was on his way to see her and who know's maybe bi sexual people don't celebrate Christmas... This night was different. Rusty was with him and they were on his way.
"So what do you think about kjercia being pregnant?" asked Rusty
"I can't believe she is going through with it" said Caleb "It takes a lot of courage"
"Has she told her mom yet?"
"No, and her mom is going to have a shit fit" said Caleb
"So I wonder what Charlene's roommate is like?" Asked Rusty
"Hands Off" said caleb "you're not her type. She's a bible thumper"
"Hey" said caleb changing the subject "How was your Christmas?"
"I hate christmas" said rusty
"How come?" asked a shocked Caleb
"I just do ok?" Said Rusty "I'ts...I'ts nevermind"
"Come on you can tell me" said Caleb
"Look Caleb" Rusty said as he pulled up "I don't have a mom, she died of Cancer right before Christmas when I was  8."
"Oh Rusty" said caleb feeling bad "I'm sorry, I didn't realize"
"That's ok"
"and with things they are at home..."Caleb Paused "wait a minute, this may sound strange, but how about adopting my parents?"
"I already call your mom mom" Said Rusty "They are cool."
They pulled up to the driveway
"well let's have fun tonight" said Caleb "You will love Charlene but remember she's mine"
"I know bud" said Rusty
They got out of the car and walked to the door.
"Do they know your coming?" Said Rusty
"No it's a surprise " Said Caleb
"It doesn't look like anyone's home" said Rusty
They knocked on the door and Rhanda opened the door.
"Hey Rhanda is Charlene here?" Asked Caleb
"Well she went out tonight" Said Rhanda "I'll tell her you came by though"
Caleb's heart sank "oh, ok. Well tell her I'll call her tomorrow"
The two headed back to the car "are you all right bud?" said rusty
"yeah, I am fine" said Caleb "Let's go chita's"
"ok" said Rusty

Meanwhile at Kjercia's
Kjercia was in deep thought over what to tell her mom.  She couldn't stand it though. She had to get out of the house.
"Kjercia" yelled her mom "get me a beer"
Kjercia let out a loud sigh "Mom I'm going out tonight and I'm trying to get ready"
"YOu ain't going out tonight" said Kjercia's mom
"Mom I told you earlier this week I was going out with Denise and Debbie and you said it was ok"
"Well you spent all this week going out" said Kjercia's mom "I want you to stay home with me"
"Forget it" Said Kjercia "I'm leaving" Kjercia gathered her stuff and started to leave
"If you leave Kjercia, you can forget coming back" said kjercia's mom
"Good" Said Kjercia "ill just stay with Denise and Debbie" Kjercia stormed out the door

Meanwhile.. Things were starting to happen at Chita's
"Well here we are" said Caleb
"yes" Said Rusty "I want to get laid tonight"
"So do I" Said Caleb "but not with anyone here"
"Hey look" said Rusty "There's Celeste"
"Hey Celeste" said Caleb
Celeste looked fit to be tied
"Can I talk to you for a minute Caleb?" said Celeste "Alone" she said to Rusty
"Uh I'll go get a table" said Rusty
"Caleb I've been calling you for the last couple of weeks" Said Celeste "How come you haven't returned my calls?"
"It's been the holidays" said Rusty "I've been busy"
"Yeah well I've needed a friend" said Celeste "and you sure haven't been busy for Rusty"
"That's not true" said Caleb "I've been at home. Look I'm not in the mood for a lecture"
"Well neither am I"
"Fine"
"Fine"
"I think I better go see what's going on with Rusty" said  Caleb
"I guess my name has to be Rusty or Kjercia to get your attention" said Celeste
"Fine Feel that way" Caleb stormed off. It looks like it's official, Caleb and Celeste were having one of their infamous fights.
Meanwhile Rusty was saving a table when Kjercia showed up.
"Rusty I have to talk to Caleb" Said Kjercia
"Sure" said Rusty "Here he is now. I'll go dance with that hottie over there"
"Look Kjercia, I'm ..."
Kjercia interrupted "I just got kicked out of my mom's" said Kjercia
"What?" said Caleb "In your condition, where are you going to go?"
"I'm going to live with Denise and Debbie for awhile"
"But Kjercia are you sure about that?"
"Yes I have to"
"But they live in Seattle"
"So it's not that far away"
"True"
"So since this is the last night I'll be in Marysville let's dance" Proclaimed Kjercia
The night was fun for all except Celeste and Caleb who didn't speak to each other for the rest of the evening. Finally it was 1 am. Celeste left for home. Rusty left with a chick and wished Caleb good luck. Kjercia left with Debbie and Denise. Caleb left with thoughts of Charlene in his head. He decided to go to the pie shop. He walked in and noticed Velma sitting in the booth with another woman. They summoned him over. He decided to join them. Maybe this night wasn't a lost cause anyhow..
