The Beginning of the end...

| The next day, Caleb picked
Celeste up for school. Celeste was fashionably late as usual. "Come on
for crying out loud we will be late" Caleb said. "Hold On, I'm coming"
said Celeste. "So I wonder how many people will think we are married
or going out?" Said Caleb. Celeste started going off. "I don't know why
people think we are a couple, isn't it crazy, I mean we can't go down to
Seattle without people thinking we are married." "So what do you have first
period?" Caleb said. "Madrigal Choir" said Celeste. "Cool we have a class
together" said Caleb. The two arrive at school and go to class. "I'm
going to introduce you to some people." said Celeste. "Celeste, I don't
need to be Mr. popularity, I'm fine." said Caleb "Come on" said Celeste
"don't be shy. Oh see that guy over there, that's Rusty. Let's give him
a ride after school." Caleb thought a moment. Rusty looked like a first
class looser. He also looked like a little child. He had the reddest hair
and was short and really thin. "Uh I don't know Celeste." said a doubting
Caleb. "Come on he lives right by us." Assured Celeste. So being the diplomat
that Caleb was he invited Rusty home for a ride with him and Celeste and
unfortunately, he said yes. "Hey can I bring my brother too?" said Rusty.
"Sure" said Caleb annoyed at the self invite. Caleb had one other friend
in school. His rival John. John was good at everything and that pissed
Caleb off. One year he went out with Celeste but it was a bet between Celeste
and Caleb. Caleb had to go out with this dog assed ugly girl that Celeste
knew and Celeste had to go out with John. Now just cause John was good
at everything he lacked in looks. "Wysokka" A loudmouth said. It was John,
Caleb hated it when he called him Wysokka. "What John." Said Caleb. "Hey
I want you to meet my new girlfriend Kjercia. Kjercia was actually good
looking. She looked a lot like Pat Benatar. "Hey there Caleb" Said Kjercia.
"Hey Kjercia, what's a good-looking girl like you going out with a dog
like John?" said Caleb. "Shut up." Said John. "Just kidding John, take
a joke." Said Caleb. "Hey you going to the game on Friday?" Asked John.
"I wasn't planning on it" said Caleb. "Come on you may have fun" Said Kjercia.
"Well I'm not much of a sports fan but we'll see" Caleb said. Caleb couldn't
imagine going to the game alone. "maybe I should make more friends like
Celeste said" he thought. After school came and Caleb ran into John and
Kjercia again. "Hey Caleb, you I hate to ask you this but you don't mind
giving me and Kjercia a ride home do you so we can spend some time together?"
Caleb thought about the three people he was already giving a ride home
to but then thought that hmmm it would just be rubbing it in that John
didn't have a car. "Sure why not, oh but I am giving three other people
a ride home so it may be cramped" said Caleb. "That's ok, it will give
us time to be closer together." John said to Kjercia. "Great" Caleb said
as if he were to gag. When they go to the car Celeste, Rusty and his brother
Brian were waiting. Celeste was obviously ticked. "Caleb how are we going
to fit all these people in the car legally?" said Celeste madly "Don't
worry Celeste, John and Kjercia live close by it will only be cramped for
a few." said Caleb. "well I get shotgun" said Celeste. Rusty piped up "I
want shot gun.", "Oh for crying out loud, you both can have shotgun you
are both small enough". They all got in the car. "so I was thinking of
going to the game on Friday, You all want to ride together?" Caleb said
out lout. "Well I have to check but I'll go" Said Celeste. The rest agreed
to go too. Caleb dropped John off first. Then Kjercia. On the way to Rusty
and Brian's Rusty asked "So do you go by Cabe or Caleb?" Caleb said "Caleb,
What about you is Rusty your real name?" "no it's Paul" said rusty. "so
what do you want me to call you Paul or Rusty?" Said Caleb. "how about
Paul." said rusty. "I'll call you rusty, I can't stand the name Paul."
said Caleb being cocky. "Well I'll only let you call me that Caleb" said
Rusty. "ok then" said Paul. "Hey you want me to pick you up tomorrow for
school?" SAid Caleb "Sure" Said Paul. "See you at 8" said Caleb. "ok" Said
Paul "bye". He got out of the car and went inside. "Celeste I don't know
about that guy, he seems creepy" SAid Caleb. "Oh he's ok. I was in school
with him last year" Said Celeste "Now don't forget to go by Jacks." |
